| Composition : | Each ampoule contains Ketorolac tromethamine 30 mg/ml |
| Indications : | For the short-term management (not to exceed 2 days) of moderate to severe acute pain, including pain following major abdominal, orthopedic and gynecological operative procedures. |
| Adverse Effects : | GI ulceration, bleeding and perforation, postoperative bleeding, acute renal failure, anaphylactic and anaphylactoid reactions and liver failure. |
| Dosage : | The recommended usual initial intramuscular dose is 10-30 mg, according to pain severity. Subsequent dosing may be 10 mg to 30 mg every 4-6 hours as needed to control pain. The lowest effective dose should be administered. |
