| Composition : | Each tablet contains Esomeprazole 40 mg (as Esomeprazole Magnesium amorphous). |
| Indications : | Nexane 40 Tablet is used to treat symptoms of Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and other conditions involving excessive stomach acid such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Esomeprazole is also used to promote healing of Erosive Esophagitis (damage to your esophagus caused by stomach acid) |
| Contraindications : | Hypersensitivity to Esomeprazole, substituted benzimidazoles or any of the components of this medication. |
| Adverse Effects : | Hallucination, headache, dizziness, insomnia, tachycardia, palpitation, dry mouth, abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting. |
| Dosage : | The recommended initial dosage of Nexane Tablet 40 mg is twice daily. The dosage should be individually adjusted and treatment continued as long as clinically indicated. |
